There is no rest time in between without looking at the phone or computer. The whole time is spent walking indoors just to really rest. During the training process, it is also carried out strictly according to the actions repeated in a short period of time, and never practice randomly because of self-impression. In this way, my training lasted for an hour and a half, which was a huge improvement compared to yesterday!
