So around this idea, I conducted more in-depth study of the two areas of “investment” and “foreign language”. The whole process is nerve-wracking, but also quite efficient and rewarding. For example, in terms of foreign languages, I have a clearer understanding of the next foreign language learning. For example, what is the purpose to be achieved? for how long? How many stages will it be implemented? Specifically what parts need to be paid attention to at each stage, etc. In the end, I became extremely confident in learning and mastering this area.

Later, some people still didn’t understand how valuable it was to be proficient in a foreign language. Of course, I was too lazy to preach to them. Because my values ​​are my constitution: thankless things should never be a consideration for me. But I would like to share the benefits of learning a language: After I mastered my English reading skills, I became much bolder. I used to just swipe through English posts as soon as I swiped them, but now I start to try to read them, and I often feel excited after reading them - it turns out that my reading ability has far exceeded what I originally thought. This is one of the reasons. Secondly, I am no longer afraid when writing programming code, and I often even take the initiative to go to their project’s GitHub homepage to find source code to learn from. With the further assistance of AI, I accidentally learned how to identify scams, just because I understood some more English nouns. No matter how much the other party touts it, I only need to look at the source code to achieve clear and accurate identification.

Of course, the above skills are only based on the fact that I have read about ten original English books and practiced 1000 hours of concentration in the past four years. There are four dimensions of listening, speaking, reading and writing. I just need to make the reading dimension full enough. What if I continue to improve the remaining three dimensions based on my current situation? The unexpected good luck that happened will definitely increase exponentially! In fact, what I am often annoyed about recently is that I cannot understand the content of an English video fluently enough, even with the help of subtitles… So unknowingly, I fall more naturally into the information cocoon of the native language world, thus missing almost countless better opportunities. Every time I think about this, I always feel that I haven’t worked hard enough and have casually missed my precious opportunity for advancement. Now that I think about it, it is a pity. Whenever I have the opportunity, I will continue to pick it up and keep improving.

Whether you need to firmly implement this idea is actually the “golden thread” that determines whether you will continue to accept mediocrity. If you implement it firmly and iterate, you will become a superhero. Otherwise, you are just a mediocre person in the crowd! Make your own choice, after all, who you will be in the future depends entirely on your choices today.

It’s quite satisfying to say that after I decided to continue iterating, I seemed to have a sharp eye, and I could identify 80% to 90% of “charlatans” at a glance; on the other hand, I also managed to disenchant countless “big guys”. Because there are always so many fake masters, and the degree of disguise is so incapable of withstanding scrutiny… I often feel that they are clowns, but I am even more grateful for the efforts I put in in the first place. Therefore, when it comes to doing new things, I really don’t have any worries about “giving up halfway”, and it is only based on this experience that I dare to think so.

With the assistance of AI, I do feel more powerful. I have heard others say before: In the future world, imagination is an extremely valuable ability. Now I really feel it, but it is more concrete. That is, imagination is part of the importance, but tasteful judgment standards are equally important. The two need to be used in combination to be truly meaningful.
