Some ideas for rapid iteration

Currently, I have taken over a new project of the company. Apart from a PPT, there is really nothing else. Then a colleague in the office who was in the salesperson category looked at me and was curious and surprised as to why I didn’t hurry up and add a client. I also asked with a confused face: “I don’t know what position I am currently. What will I promote if I add it?” It was a stage where I had no work grasp, so I chose to structure my work framework first.
So what tool to use? How to use it? What is the job positioning? What is the process? These questions have given me, a newcomer with no one to guide me, a lot of room for development.
To be honest, it was fun but also very challenging! It’s exciting because you can achieve maximum flexibility; it’s challenging because you can easily fall into a stage of self-doubt and confusion. This tests my determination and personal decision-making ability. But fortunately, people like us have a very clear definition when it comes to work: learning with a salary! So from this point of view, there is a difference between high and low salary. There is a limit to low, but for long-termists, the current low salary is a very testing part. However, in the long run, it doesn’t matter…
So with this positioning, I continued to optimize my workflow and goals. In order to lay a better foundation for my work, I decided to start with my own body, so I made the following plans:
# A geek's 24-hour fasting schedule (16.5:7.5 update)
## Core rules
* 16.5 hours of absolutely no calories | 7.5 hours to replenish nutrition
* Eating order: vegetables → meat → carbohydrates
## Your 24-hour “self-healing timeline”
### [19:30] Fasting begins
* Action: stop eating completely and begin a water fast.
* Physiological benefit / internal change: insulin starts falling; the body prepares to switch fuel sources.
### [23:00] Deep repair
* Action: sleep as usual.
* Physiological benefit / internal change: growth hormone is released in large amounts and begins repairing the skin barrier.
### [08:30] Surfing hunger
* Action: get up! Have black coffee or unsweetened green tea (to suppress ghrelin). Begin one hour of daily reading aloud.
* Physiological benefit / internal change: the prime period for autophagy! Faster breakdown of skin-dulling AGEs.
### [11:45] Preparing to eat
* Action: 15 minutes before the meal, drink warm water mixed with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.
* Physiological benefit / internal change: reduce the upcoming blood sugar spike in advance.
### [12:00] Lunch to break ketosis
* Action: eat between 12:00 and 12:30 in this order: 1. vegetables → 2. meat and eggs → 3. carbohydrates.
* Physiological benefit / internal change: a full 16.5 hours of autophagy completed! The FoxO1 oil-control switch turns on.
### [14:00] Flow time
* Action: start the daily 1,000-character writing practice! Enjoy working at your clearest.
* Physiological benefit / internal change: extremely stable blood sugar; a state of fat burning and high concentration.
### [18:30] The final meal
* Action: eat a normal, satisfying dinner and limit free sugars where possible. Store up energy for the next 16.5-hour fast.
### [19:30] Closing time
* Action: begin fasting again. The cycle is complete!

Of course, in addition to this “fasting experiment”, I have other urgent things to complete, and they will all be started or completed within this month.
Doing things as fast as possible and completing things as well as possible is the source code I currently need to continuously iterate on.
Well, this year I’m mainly going to do things seriously. In order to achieve something, water will come to cover it, and soldiers will come to stop it!
